DP102# On-Line Water-based environmental protection digital primer
DP102# is a colorless and odorless all-water-based environmental friendly digital paint with a perfectly designed formula that does not contain any solvents. The extremely low solid content guarantees noprecipitation and no skinning, while ensuring the digital printing effect and fastness. Especially suitable for online coating. It is applied to the pre-press coating treatment of HP Indigo printing. The printing effect of thematerial after coating treatment is good, and the adhesion of digital ink is above seven.
Scope of application
1. Coating equipment: Suited to INDIGO interlocking equipment coating, also suited to flexo, intaglio,oiltransfer machine and other coating equipment.
2. Applied materials：Used in a variety of film substrate and a variety of paper substraty.
Instructions
1. Surface treatment：Surface tension treatment (corona) is required before use. It is recommended that thecorona value is ≥42dyn. It is recommended to use a scraper for trial scraping before use. The coating film onthe surface of the trial scraping material has no shrinkage before production.
2. Pre-press preparation: The entire coating system needs to be cleaned and maintained before the machine.Including: Anilox roller cleaning (not clogged), rubber rollers must not be aged or deformed, and parts such astrough scrapers must be cleaned. First clean with proper cleaning agent, then clean with 40-50℃ clean waterand then blow dry or dry. The purpose of cleaning is to eliminate cross-contamination and ensure that thecoating is evenly coated and has no leakage.
3. Drying conditions: Hot air drying, temperature reference value: 60~80℃, speed time reference value:subject to actual drying.
4. Dosage: Use directly without dilution. The recommended coating amount is 1~2g/m2 wet weight.
5. Residual material: After use, the remaining material must be filtered and sealed, with a 200-mesh filter. Theremaining material must be mixed with new material. It is recommended that the ratio of new to old is 2:1.
6. Cleaning: Stop the machine and clean the coating system in time to prevent skin formation. .Cleaning agent: Clean water or cleaning agent specified by the equipment manufacturer.
